Cargill Week 4

This week I got started on my project consisting of territory analysis in between our Dana facility and our Linden facility. Most of what I have accomplished so far is documenting each Farm Marketer and Origination Specialist’s territory for each facility and researching on which customers in each territory had been contacting recently. If they haven’t been contacted recently we refer to them as untagged. After I accomplish this task I need to go and identify the customers we are missing and I document there contact information and will eventually cold call them to try and get their business.
