For my last blog post I would like to report back on the implementation of Flowdock within my Customer Service Team. since starting the trial of Flowdock I have gotten both positive and negative feedback. Some of the negative aspects that have been brought up are the fact that people don’t want to pay attention to another system. Along with this, people have said they don’t notice the notifications from the app. On the positive side many people have said that they think it is a great tool for informal communication and small team discussions. Kind of on the flip side of one of the negatives many people have said they notice the notifications just the same as emails and enjoy the fact that they are receiving less emails. Lastly, many people have said that this system has created a greater comradery amongst the team. This was one of the biggest things we wanted to change within the team so I am willing to call the project a success. I am excited to see where this team goes in the future and how we continue to evolve together.
