Week 1 at Mondelez

My first week working for Mondelez (Nabisco) has been great. I have learned a lot about sales and merchandising, and have met many great people. I have had lots of training which has been exhausting, but have also had some interesting experiences too! On my first day I got to meet the state director of sales and talk with him for a while. He is a spartan fan! I also got to be apart of a district sales meeting, where we talked about where our team was at financially this quarter and what we need to do and sell to hit our goal for this quarter. It’s been very interesting learning about the sales numbers in the cookie and cracker industry (our main product makeup). We make a lot of money on junk food! Excited to learn more about how to sell and merchandise efficiently.
