I still cannot truly believe that I have just completed my second to last week of working interning for Tri-County Banks! Time has seemed to fly by so fast this summer. This week was very busy because of a festival going on downtown all week and weekend. Because Tri-County is very involved with many local businesses and individuals, I spent a majority of my time and week prepping for various ‘Blueberry Festival’ events. Some of the help I contributed to this week included prepping for a 5k and fun run, rotary sponsored food tents, and much more. I also gave out a lot of merchandise and products like free t-shirts, pens, stickers, and popcorn to name a few. That made my week extra fun and special. It was really nice getting out of the bank for once and helping out a great local event happening in the town of Imlay City, Michigan. It was also my birthday on Friday, and Tri-County brought in breakfast and lunch for the day! Overall, I had an amazing week of work inside and outside of the bank.
